Flowers are fragrant and rise high above the water.  All parts of the plant are edible, apart from the leaves, which are used to wrap food in to be cooked. To keep your Lotus in bud or flower, they need at least 4 hours of unfiltered or lightly filtered light per day. Lotus need to be fed at least every 4-6 weeks during the growing season.
